Slap bang in the heart of the entertainment precinct, Burswood is a lively and high-spirited place to live. Unsurprisingly, the suburb is popular with the younger crowd and the 25 to 34-year- old age group makes up a decent chunk of the local population. As well as all the entertainment options, trains and buses provide a short journey to Perth CBD (just two kilometres away). What more could you want?
