EMPIRE SURVEY RESULTS 2017


Thank you for your feedback – We’re listening

Since 2014 Empire Estate Agents has been conducting an annual survey of our Owners, Tenants and clients to get feedback on how we are performing, our aim is to ensure that we are raising the bar in key performance area’s like communication,  our client experiences and overall satisfaction.

Good Property Managers and excellent Property & Strata Management service are hard to come by, not only do we want to be the best Property Manager you have ever had, we want to continuously improve.

Our mission is to be your Everyday hero…going beyond, providing you with the best property management service possible.


Owners  

The survey comprised of 11 questions and on average the survey took 2 minutes to complete. We analysed over 165 responses and found the following responses to our key questions:

  1. How would you rate the quality of our service? 86% of respondents are satisfied to very satisfied

  2. Are you happy with the level of communication from Empire? 86% of respondents are satisfied to very satisfied

  3. Overall how satisfied or dissatisfied are you with Empire? 98% of respondents are satisfied to very satisfied

  4. Compared to other real estate agencies is our service quality better, worse or about the same? 46% found it much better, 21% somewhat better, 20% have only used Empire, 11% advised it is the same, and 2% advised it is somewhat worse, and 0% much worse


Tenants

The survey comprised of 11 questions and on average the survey took 3 minutes to complete. We analysed over 170 results and found the following responses to our key questions:

  1. Do you know your dedicated Property Manager? 94% of respondents were aware of who managed their property and their Property Managers name

  2. Are you happy with the level of communication from Empire? 84% of respondents are satisfied to very satisfied

  3. Are reported repairs and maintenance carried out promptly? 75% responded always and 20% regularly

  4. Overall how satisfied or dissatisfied are you with Empire? 83% of respondents are satisfied to very satisfied

  5. Would you choose to rent to Empire again? 94% would or have chosen to rent through Empire again

Strata 

The survey comprised of 11 questions and on average the survey took 2 minutes to complete.

We analysed over 86 responses and found the following responses to our key questions:

  1. How would you rate the quality of our service? 80% of respondents are satisfied to very satisfied

  2. Are you happy with the level of communication from Empire? 81% of respondents are satisfied to very satisfied

  3. Overall how satisfied or dissatisfied are you with Empire? 95% of respondents are satisfied to very satisfied

  4. Compared to other real estate agencies is our service quality better, worse or about the same? 52% found it much better, 28% have only used Empire, 11% advised it is the same, 9% somewhat better, and 0% advised it is somewhat worse, and 0% much worse
