We’ve dealt with a few property management companies over the years as both tenant and landlord, and would not hesitate to recommend Empire to all our family and friends. They have been consistently reliable, professional, helpful and go above and beyond. They always follow up and speak up for the tenant when we have missed an email or forgotten to follow something up on our end. They are reasonably priced; I would happily pay far more for their outstanding services. They handle everything for us, we barely have to think about the property. Couldn't recommend empire enough! We've been using them for management of our investment property for 3 years now and always had great communication with Ryan. Quick to respond to emails and always willing to go the extra mile to help us out. The inspections are always very detailed and any maintenance requests are dealt with quickly. I've had to find my own tenants on 2 occasions, but I got Empire to do the background checks. Once the tenants are in they're really good. My latest experience with them is that my tenant gave notice to vacate, and they had another one signed up before the last one left. That was excellent!!! E Gorman

Jamie dropped everything and raced over to our property. She went through absolutely everything with us and made us so comfortable with leaving it all to her and her team. Within 2 days Jamie has organised our property inspection report, top-class photos and it was up on the web. First home open was not even a week later and we had many applications. New tenants moved in the following week. That's under 10 days of signing with Empire, our house has been rented out. It doesn't get any better than that. We are constantly kept up to date with all the small stuff and all the money handling is so organised I'm blown away. I would highly recommend Jamie and Empire regardless of which area you live in.
